The Program Officer – Sustainability will play a key role in strengthening C3’s resource mobilization efforts, particularly through Indian corporate and CSR partnerships. Working closely with the Head – Sustainability, the role focuses on developing a targeted fundraising pipeline for high-impact projects, cultivating relationships with corporate stakeholders, and creating compelling funding proposals. 

The Block Coordinators (BCs) will be anchoring C3’s work on gender based violence prevention and response at the block level in select districts of Rajasthan where C3 provides technical support to programs leveraging grassroots women leaders and the women’s collective networks.

C3 is looking to hire a Senior Program Officer- Gender Integration to implement and manage their technical support to programs leveraging grassroots women leaders and the women’s collectives network to prevent and respond to Gender-Based Violence (GBV) using community platforms like the Gender Resource Centres, facilitating convergence with formal support service providers, and developing livelihood opportunities for women.

C3 is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Pantry Assistant to manage the office pantry and cafeteria areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring that all pantry appliances and equipment are in good working condition.

C3 is looking to hire a Program Officer - Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning to lead the design and roll out of MEL, data management and analysis of a program C3 is implementing in partnership with multiple stakeholders in the state of Rajasthan on gender equality, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response, and gender responsive livelihoods.

The District Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing C3’s Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention and response initiative in select districts of Rajasthan. This role includes engagement with stakeholders at the districts, capacity building of relevant stakeholders and implementation of demonstration models in district.

C3 is looking for a State Project Co-ordinator for Rajasthan, who will be responsible for leading and managing C3’s Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention and response initiative in the state. This role will involve designing and demonstrating capacity-building efforts to foster gender-sensitive ecosystems, engaging with community-level stakeholders and collaborating with multiple stakeholders for gender-based violence prevention.

C3 is looking to hire a Program Officer- Gender Capacity Building’ to lead the design and roll-out of capacity building initiatives on gender equality, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response, and gender responsive livelihoods, for its work with various stakeholders in Rajasthan, including with women leaders.

C3 is looking to hire District Coordinators to implement and manage their technical support to programs leveraging the women’s collectives network to prevent and respond to Gender-Based Violence (GBV) using community platforms like the Gender Resource Centres, facilitating convergence with formal support service providers, and developing survivor centric livelihood opportunities with a survivor centric approach across selected districts in Assam.

The State Head for Assam will be responsible for leading and managing C3’s technical support to programs leveraging the women’s collectives network to prevent and respond to Gender-Based Violence (GBV) using community platforms like the Gender Resource Centres, facilitating convergence with formal support service providers, and developing livelihood opportunities with a survivor-centric approach.

The Senior Program Officer – Knowledge Management / MEL will play a strategic role in driving evidence-based learning, adaptive program management, and national-level knowledge sharing within C3’s Girls’ Education and Gender Equity Initiative.

The Program Officer – Technology will lead the integration and management of digital solutions that drive the success of C3’s Girls’ Education and Gender Equity Initiative in Jharkhand and Assam. The role involves identifying and implementing tech-based tools across education, skilling, and social protection components. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, various stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure effective data systems, secure IT infrastructure, and digital literacy among teams.

The Program Officer – Documentation & Editing will play a pivotal role in capturing, curating, and communicating the impact of C3’s Girls’ Education and Gender Equity Initiative. The role involves highquality documentation, editing, and development of compelling content that reflects program progress, learnings, and voices from the field. The Program Officer will work closely with program, communications, and MEL teams to produce reports, knowledge products, and visual content that support stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships.

The Senior Program Officer – Community Processes will lead efforts to strengthen gender-responsive school management and deepen community engagement under C3’s Girls’ Education and Gender Equity Initiative. The role focuses on building inclusive leadership within School Management Committees, mobilizing communities—especially women and marginalized groups—and fostering partnerships with stakeholders to drive sustainable, community-led education reform in Jharkhand and Assam.

The Senior Program Officer – Girls’ Education (CCT & VET) will lead strategic efforts to design, implement, and scale gender-responsive Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) interventions aimed at improving adolescent girls’ retention, transition, and empowerment in Jharkhand and Assam. The role requires close collaboration with various departments, training institutions, and communities to ensure adoption of inclusive models.

C3 is looking for a State Project Co-ordinator for Rajasthan, who will be responsible for leading and managing C3’s Gender-Based Violence (GBV) prevention and response initiative in the state. This role will involve designing and demonstrating capacity-building efforts to foster gender-sensitive ecosystems, engaging with community-level stakeholders and collaborating with multiple stakeholders for gender-based violence prevention. This role will also include strategic engagement with key stakeholders to foster collaborative solutions to empower women leaders and create safer public and private spaces for women and girls.
