The Senior Program Officer – Knowledge Management / MEL will play a strategic role in driving evidence-based learning, adaptive program management, and national-level knowledge sharing within C3’s Girls’ Education and Gender Equity Initiative.
The Program Officer – Technology will lead the integration and management of digital solutions that drive the success of C3’s Girls’ Education and Gender Equity Initiative in Jharkhand and Assam. The role involves identifying and implementing tech-based tools across education, skilling, and social protection components. The position requires collaboration with internal teams, various stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure effective data systems, secure IT infrastructure, and digital literacy among teams.
The Program Officer – Documentation & Editing will play a pivotal role in capturing, curating, and communicating the impact of C3’s Girls’ Education and Gender Equity Initiative. The role involves highquality documentation, editing, and development of compelling content that reflects program progress, learnings, and voices from the field. The Program Officer will work closely with program, communications, and MEL teams to produce reports, knowledge products, and visual content that support stakeholder engagement and strategic partnerships.
The Senior Program Officer – Community Processes will lead efforts to strengthen gender-responsive school management and deepen community engagement under C3’s Girls’ Education and Gender Equity Initiative. The role focuses on building inclusive leadership within School Management Committees, mobilizing communities—especially women and marginalized groups—and fostering partnerships with stakeholders to drive sustainable, community-led education reform in Jharkhand and Assam.
The Senior Program Officer – Girls’ Education (CCT & VET) will lead strategic efforts to design, implement, and scale gender-responsive Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) interventions aimed at improving adolescent girls’ retention, transition, and empowerment in Jharkhand and Assam. The role requires close collaboration with various departments, training institutions, and communities to ensure adoption of inclusive models.
