Formerly known as the Centre for Development and Population Activities (CEDPA), established in 1987, C3 has almost four decades of experience engaging closely with girls, women, young people, families, communities, grassroot leaders and systems. Over the years, we have consistently worked to bridge gender, health, and education disparities at multiple levels, positively impacting the lives of girls and women at every stage of their lives.
C3’s projects are designed to be implemented at-scale and we take a broader outlook, building projects that are relevant to not just a single community, but to communities and vulnerable populations across the country. Often, our projects implemented within a particular region are designed to be replicable in another region too.
We ensure that our impact becomes self-sustaining and achieves a shift in the larger ecosystem. We equip communities to continue the chain of change even after our project period is concluded.
We work in tandem with diverse stakeholders, institutions, and mechanisms, to catalyze lasting change.
While we focus on broader change, we also identify and address issues specific to local communities and regions, incorporating community participation in solving these issues.
