At C3, our team of frontline catalysts bring our mission to life, working closely with communities across 12 states. Every quarter, we are recognizing and shining a spotlight on the community-level change-makers who, with their teamwork, innovative thinking, leadership, and steadfast commitment, are playing their part in empowering every girl and every woman, everywhere.
She literally goes the extra mile, traveling over 70 km to support her team across intervention blocks. Shifting cluster meetings to accessible venues, she broke a key barrier to women’s grassroots leadership participation and built rapport with women leaders.
She leads with positivity and resilience, strengthening program planning and success through forming a block-level resource group. Her strategic coordination, especially in the Climate Youth Leadership Program, has earned cross-departmental recognition.
Calm, reliable, and strategic, he played a key role in operationalizing 14 Gender Resource Centers through strong leadership and system knowledge. His proactive work ethic, timely reporting, and strong field presence, has boosted C3’s visibility and on-ground impact.
A collaborative team player, he energizes his team and amplifies collective ground efforts. His coordination enabled effective community health budget utilization and earned requests to extend the same to male-led local communities. His work in advancing women’s grassroots leadership is widely appreciated.
By strategically channeling local funds and overseeing the renovation of local Anganwadi Centres (AWCs), he has played a key role in improving access to community health services and vital information. His solid rapport with local leaders has further deepened grassroots engagement.
With consistency and perseverance, he has inspired local leaders to invest in health and nutrition, and foster strengthened communities. He established 19 blood donation groups and prominently displayed their details in public spaces, sparking essential conversations about health and well-being.
A dedicated District Coordinator, he builds strong partnerships with district and block-level health stakeholders. Proactively taking on extra responsibilities, he ensures timely project deliverables, consistently delivering high-quality results with organizational reliability.
She is deeply committed to empowering adolescent girls, and creating an enabling environment that furthers their growth and potential. She goes above and beyond, enhancing team performance by facilitating training programs across multiple blocks and ensuring broader collaboration.

His strong organizational skills made him an invaluable asset in organizing the district-level Peer Educator Felicitation event at Gumla, where he led preparations, managed delegate reception, and played a critical role in identifying exceptional peer educators for felicitation. He has also supported crucial project implementation assessments.
He excels in mobilizing and engaging young boys at the field level, successfully forming 29 boys' groups and enrolling 445 boys into our program within just 3 months! Taking constant initiative, he has also contributed to the internal assessment of a school under the School Health & Wellness Program.
With four years at C3, Pawan has strengthened district-level engagement, organized key events, and led impactful orientations for health and education officials, significantly boosting C3’s presence and influence.
