About C3’s Unniti Small Grants Program

Small grants, Big impact.

For the last 30 years, C3’s Unniti Small Grants Program has been partnering with hundreds of grassroot organizations across India – providing financial and technical support. As India comes face to face with a health crisis, we are doing our bit to support organizations working towards ensuring the health and safety of people who are facing the worst of this crisis. This is the time to lend a helping hand to those who need it the most – the displaced street dwellers, the migrating labourers, the daily wagers, the children, the women, the elderly, and the homeless. The money raised through C3’s Unniti COVID-19 Response Fund will go towards emergency assistance, such as medicines, masks, food, and other essentials. Every Rupee raised through this fund will be matched by C3’s Unniti Small Grants Program.

C3's Unniti Small Grants Program partners with women and girls across India through organizations working at the grass-root level, and provides them with opportunities to innovate and build their own future. The grants focus on priority needs, encourage local initiatives and help build self-sufficiency. Unniti is based on the principles of micro philanthropy; we firmly believe that even the smallest of steps goes a long way in transforming people’s lives. Unniti works through a thorough due diligence system that verifies every partners’ working practices, thereby making sure that every rupee from the donor is utilized for the cause.
